Quick fixes
- Card generation fails or hangs: check your connection first; building a deck needs to reach our servers. If you see a message about a demo limit, you have hit the hourly cap on AI generation. It resets within the hour.
- Cards from a photo look wrong or thin: retake the photo with the page flat, well lit, and filling the frame. Clear handwriting, slides, and textbook pages work best. Recall only uses what is on the page, so a blurry photo means thin cards.
- A card has a mistake: every card is editable. Open the deck, tap the card, and fix it. AI drafts can contain errors, so a quick skim of a new deck before studying is worth it.
- Reviews or streak look off: the review schedule reacts to your ratings, so a card you marked easy can disappear for weeks. That is the spaced repetition working. Your streak counts days with at least one review.
- Decks missing after switching phones: guest decks live under the session on your old device. Create an account there first (Profile, then Sign in), and your decks follow your email to the new phone.
Account and data
- Delete your account: go to Profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your decks, cards, and review history.
- Data questions: the privacy policy covers what we store and why. Short version: your photos are never kept, and we show no ads and sell nothing.
